FRP Moulded Grating for Chemical Factory

FRP Grating is one of new composite material, made of different unsaturated polyester resin(including m-type, O-type, vinyl and phenolic type, and bisphenol-A) reinforced with fiberglass, by molded and pultruded technology.
Properties:
1. Corrosion resistance, rust protection, long service life, maintenance free, FRP grating is differend with metal grating, it has good performance of corrosion resistance when used in the highly corrosive environments. And it is also differ from wood grating, will not decay.
2. Light Weight, High Strength. It is very convenience for cutting and installation. Density is small, only 1.8g/cm3, 75% and 33% less than steel and aluminum. But the strength is higher than those metal material.
3. Fire Resistance. We can add flame-retardant in the process of producing FRP grating, so can satisfy the demand for engineering fire prevention, ensure the safety.
