Molded Grating is specially design. It is an integral fiberglass reinforced polyester or vinyl ester grating, Corrosion and Chemical resistant; Slip-resistant; High strength-to-weight ratio; Ergonomic; Low maintenance; Fire retardant; Easily fabricated and installed.

FRP molded grating is widely used in corrosive environment, such as acid-alkali platform, acid-alkali depot and ditch, pit of water treatment, filler board of cooling tower, etc.
Our FRP molded grating is of following features:
1) Standard grating and custom grating available.
2) Custom shape and any panel size available.
3) The surface can be gritted, or add anti-slip sand with a 3 or 6mm thickness solid fiberglass gritted plate.
4) With approximately 35% resin content, gives an excellent resistance to an assortment of acids and caustics. FRP grating is completely inert to extremes of temperature, and is ideal for cold store and deep freeze applications. Its light weight allows for easier installations and lower labor cost for installing.
5) All grating available in yellow, green or grey, moderate green is our stock color. For larger quantities, other colors are available upon request
